A1 Steak Sauce is an American imported sauce which can also be used as a marinade. A1's main ingredients contains tomato puree, vinegar, corn syrup and orange puree. This blend of savoury, sour and sweet tastes makes it a very versatile product with plenty of dishes. Obviously steak is a great idea, but chargrilled vegetables or a Peri-Peri style marinade with some extra kick are great options.
