We try our utmost to make our customer experience as customer friendly as possible. This certainly also includes the delivery of our pallet shipments.

Shipping 

Shipping is only by the pallet, we do not ship parcels.

Shipping Costs Europe Pallet Shipment

All prices shown below are ex. vat and for one block pallet with measurements 100x120x190cm with a maximum weight of 1.000kg. Please note if your order exceeds 1 pallet the shipping costs will not automatically recalculate. Extra shipping costs may apply to your order. Of course, we will inform you about this before shipping and we'll work together to maximise the space available on your pallet.

Insured Shipping 

We now offer insured pallet shipping via DHL. The costs are an additional €20 per pallet, you can choose this option at checkout for all countries we ship to. The benefits are that if any damages occur during transport caused by DHL we will be able to refund you the full value of all the damaged goods. If you choose regular DHL pallet shipping we will only be able to claim back a certain amount of the damaged goods from DHL. Meaning you won't be credited the full value of the damaged goods.
